Service Description
Safe Harbor Overnight Care provides calm, attentive newborn support throughout the night so parents can get the restorative rest they need during the postpartum period. Includes: • Overnight newborn care • Feeding support • Bottle preparation assistance • Diaper changes • Infant soothing techniques • Sleep support for parents • Support with establishing routines Each overnight visit is a minimum of 8 hours at $320 per visit ($40/hour). A complimentary consultation is required for new families before the first paid service is confirmed. Travel fees are charged per visit based on service location: • Chesapeake: Included • Norfolk: Included • Virginia Beach: $25 per visit • Suffolk: $25 per visit • Hampton: $40 per visit • Newport News: $40 per visit
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit. Cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve services and will be applied to the total service balance. Remaining balances are due 7 days before services begin. If services are booked less than 7 days before the start date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Changes related to an early or late delivery will be accommodated when reasonably possible and are subject to availability.
